Metalub Bio-Marine Wire Rope Lubricant BIOWRG3770 is a purpose made product, specifically formulated to provide an environmentally acceptable lubricant for wire ropes working in arduous conditions in marine environments.
The product is in the form of a soft fluid grease blended with ultra-fine-particle solid lubricants which penetrate the rope core, providing internal lubrication and protection.
Metalub Bio-Marine Wire Rope Lubricant BIOWRG3770 may be applied by automatic dispensing/injecting equipment or by brush. For best results previous lubricant and contamination should be removed, though the product is compatible with most other lubricants. Metalub Bio-Marine Wire Rope Lubricant BIOWRG3770 is highly water repellent and may be used in areas subjected to water ingress and underwater applications.
