Wire rope dressing WRL200 is a purpose made product for the lubrication of Wire Ropes.Wire rope dressing WRL200 contains a high percentage of ultra-fine particle lubricant grade graphite and has been specifically designed to enable the graphite to penetrate the core of the rope, sealing each individual strand – The most common and most dangerous form of Wear in Wire Ropes is unseen Wear occurring in the core of the Rope as individual strands move against each other. This form of internal Rope Core deterioration can be significantly reduced by using Wire rope dressing WRL200.
Wire rope dressing WRL200 can be applied by Brush, Spray or Split box application to Wire Ropes and Chain Drives operating under difficult conditions, Wire rope dressing WRL200 will protect against all weather conditions and salt water.
